Learn How to Pack Beds
The following
moving supplies
will be needed for moving your bed:
Tape or rope.
Sheets or a mattress cover
Plastic bags or small plastic container.
Large padding or old blankets.
Disassemble the bed frames, headboard and footboard if included, and mark the pieces so you know where they go together. Tie or tape rails together.
Put all screws, bolts, etc. in a plastic bag or small container and tape this bag to rail so it stays with the bed.
Tie or tape large pads or old blankets around headboard or footboards, if you have them.
Put mattress and box spring in plastic mattress cover or leave sheets on them for protection.
