• Tape
• Rope and large pads.

1. Clean the oven and stovetop.
   
   
2. Place all oven racks on the bottom rung and tape down.
   
   
3. Tape down the burners and the protective pans under each burner.
   
   
4. Lock the door stove, if you can, and tape the electrical cord to the body of the appliance.
   
   
5. Tie a large pad around it for protection.
