September 20, 2012 - Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are no strangers to the real estate market. However, they may be calling
movers to come scoop all their stuff out of their Malibu home, as their home there has sold.
Public records show they haven't owned the property very long, as they purchased it just last year for $2.4 million, and listed it for $2.67 million in April. They may have been looking to sell quickly, as they settled for a $2.3 million sale.
According to the Times, the waterfront home sits on 1.73 acres of land offering 2,300 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. While the house was likely used as a getaway, it may have been a small space for the always-growing reality-TV family.
Like many of the couple's homes in California, the home is laced with upgraded features including oak wood floors, outdoor living space with decks and a fireplace and an organic garden.
While it has not been reported if they have already begun
moving boxes out of the home, they do own other properties in the Los Angeles area.
