Hollywood producer Gavin Polone selling LA home

October 4, 2012 - Fans of television shows including Curb Your Enthusiasm and Gilmore Girls may be excited to hear that producer Gavin Polone has listed his Los Angeles area home for sale. Public records show he has owned the home for at least a decade, while the celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker reports buyers can start moving boxes in after meeting the $15.9 million asking price.

With 4,750 square feet of living space, the home offers four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and numerous star-approved appliances including a completely up-to-date kitchen with custom cabinetry and a separate breakfast room.

Other notable features of the home that should prompt buyers to start comparing estimates from moving companies include its open floorplan, multiple fireplaces, outdoor decks and terraces, a swimming pool and a spa. There are also two separate living spaces for guests that each have a kitchenette and a fireplace that can double as a pool house.

While it has not been reported where Polone will be relocating to, the blog notes he also owns a home near Santa Monica that he purchased back in 2009 for $1.125 million. Income from some of his biggest successes including Zombieland and Jane by Design will likely help cover the costs of moving services.
