September 4, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports that the former celebrity couple, actress Kiele Sanchez and director Zach Helm, are
moving boxes out of their home in Hollywood Hills. Public records show they purchased the home in 2006 for $2.775 million, but it has sold for a significantly less $1.75 million.
Kiele can be seen on television's hit show The Glades, but she also appeared on Lost for two seasons. Her film credentials include her now ex-husband's project Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium and Redemption Road, as well as a number of made-for-TV movies. Helm's other projects include Stranger Than Fiction and the soon-to-be released Freezing People Is Easy.
According to the source, the Mediterranean-style house was built in 1928 but has been restored in recent years and now has 4,000 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and three bathrooms. However, much of the original design, including stenciled beamed ceilings and tile work, are still shown. Some notable features of the home include a fireplace, an upgraded kitchen and a special service entrance for house staff.
