August 23, 2012 - Fans of Hollywood actor Robin Williams may be surprised to hear he is moving out of his mansion in Napa Valley, which was recently listed for sale. Public records show he purchased the home back in 2004 for an undisclosed amount, but prospective buyers can start
moving boxes in after matching its $35 million asking price.
Williams is best known for his roles in Mrs. Doubtfire, Good Will Hunting and Dead Poets Society, but he has also lent his voice to a number of animated movies including Disney's Aladdin. While he has been nominated for a number of awards, his role in Good Will Hunting earned him an Oscar in 1998 as the best actor in a supporting role.
Aside from it's location between Napa and Sonoma Valleys, the property has many desirable features including an in-home theater, a library and both art and wine cellars. With more than 20,000 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, six full and six partial bathrooms, the house would be perfect for another large celebrity family.
Some outdoor features of the estate include multiple swimming pools, a natural lake, a solar farm and of course, the vineyard.
