June 29, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports that celebrity photographer Mark Liddell may be calling for moving services as his home in the Hollywood Hills West area has been listed for sale. Public records show he just purchased the home last year for $1.61 million, but is asking for a notably higher price of $2.325 million.

Liddell is best known for his book Exposed: 10 Years in Hollywood, that features photos of more than 100 of the most famous celebrities in the music industry as well as some very well-known actors and actresses including Sarah Jessica Parker, Avril Lavigne and Britney Spears.

He is known for buying luxury real estate and making renovations before relisting it for a higher asking price. When compared to most multi-million dollar homes in the area, the 2,652-square-foot home appears modest, but still offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Outdoor amenities that should prompt buyers to start moving boxes include a built-in barbecue, a swimming pool, spa and an outdoor fireplace.
