August 15, 2012 - Celebrity real estate sites are buzzing that film tycoon Jeffrey Katzenberg may be calling for
movers soon, as he has listed his ski cabin in Utah for sale. While he is known for some major purchases in the Los Angeles area, including a $35 million home in Beverly Hills, the Utah property has been listed with a $20.5 million asking price.
Located in the hills of Deer Park, the property offers 14,100 square feet of living space including seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half-baths. Buyers who enjoy hitting the slopes may be
moving boxes into the home, which also offers a number of extra amenities including an indoor pool, spa and lounge area, perfect for keeping warm in the winter months.
Katzenberg may be best known as the former chairman of Walt Disney Studios, but has since become the CEO of DreamWorks Animation. His producing credits include a number of family-friendly films including Chicken Run, Shrek 1 and 2 and Shark Tale.
