August 24, 2012 - News sources are buzzing that Hollywood actress Jennifer Love Hewitt is making big real estate moves, as she has listed two homes in the Los Angeles area on the market. While one property has been listed for sale, the other is a rental.
Hewitt purchased the home listed for sale back in 1998 for $1.695 million but it has reappeared with a $2.895 million asking price. The traditional home sits on a quarter-acre of land and offers 5,295 square feet of living space including six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a swimming pool.
The smaller property that is available to rent sits right across the street from the one listed for sale. Tenants can begin
moving boxes in after agreeing to pay$12,500 per month. The actress reportedly paid $5.5 million for the 3,216-square-foot home. The Spanish-style estate has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private spa and pool, as well as lake access complete with a dock.
While it has yet to be reported if Hewitt has been looking at other properties, she will likely need a
storage unit to keep some furniture from both homes.
