July 16, 2012 - British pop singer Leona Lewis may once again need a
moving company, as she is attempting to sell her Los Angeles property for the second time in roughly a year.
According to The Real Estalker, Lewis purchased the property back in 2009, shortly after signing a multimillion-dollar record deal after winning the British version of the TV show The X Factor.
The original purchase price for the property was $1.85 million. However, just two years later, Lewis listed the property for sale for $2.5 million. After generating little interest, the property was taken off of the market until recently, when it was relisted for the same $2.5 million asking price.
The site says the nearly 4,000-square-foot property sits on roughly three-quarters of an acre of land, and also includes a detached guest suite. The home itself contains four bedrooms, four bathrooms and multiple fireplaces. The property also includes an outdoor pool and spa backed by a waterfall feature, as well as a built-in barbecue.
It's unknown if Lewis will need
international movers once the sale is complete, since she also owns property in England. However, her ties to the music industry may mean she will maintain at least a temporary LA home.
