May 25, 2012 - Celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that Dave Haywood of the country group Lady Antebellum may be moving into a second home in Nashville, Tennessee. Records show he paid a modest $329,000 for a condo in 2011, while his latest purchase cost him $2.1 million.

The three-story French-style manor was built in 2002 and sits on nearly an acre of land in Belle Meade, just outside of downtown Nashville. It offers 6,750 square feet of living space including four bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half baths. Haywood and his wife will become neighbors with many other celebrities including Reese Witherspoon, Vince Gill and Amy Grant and Jared Followill.

Other notable features of the home include floor-to-ceiling walls of built-in bookcases, an oversized great room, multiple fireplaces and a top-of-the-line kitchen. Outdoor amenities include a large backyard, mature landscape and balconies off both top floors.

It has not been reported if the couple has already begun moving boxes into their new home or if they will first be listing the smaller condo for sale.
