September 17, 2012 - Celebrity news sources report that Oscar-winning film producer Brian Grazer may be calling for
moving services after relisting his Malibu beach house for sale. The home was originally listed back in 2007 for $16 million, but was later pulled off and listed for $19.5 million in 2011. Buyers can begin
moving boxes into the mansion after meeting the new asking price of $18.9 million.
With 6,067 square feet of living space, the home offers five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and numerous upgrades that are sure to please any celebrity relocating to Malibu. Other features of the waterfront mansion that may prompt prospective buyers to hire
movers include an elevator, a media room, a swimming pool, a waterfront balcony and an in-home gym.
In recent years, Grazer has been making some other major real estate moves, including selling his home in Pacific Palisades to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for $17.55 million. He has also purchased a home in Santa Monica for $12.5 million.
Grazer won an Oscar for A Beautiful Mind, which also earned him a number of other nominations and wins including four Golden Globes and three other Academy Awards.
