September 14, 2012 - Fans of Park and Recreation may be excited to hear that Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally are selling their home in Hollywood Hills. While it has not been reported how much the couple purchased the home for, The Los Angeles Times reports buyers can begin
moving boxes in after matching the $12.65 million asking price.
Mullally is best known for role on Will and Grace, while she also briefly had her own talk show. She can now be seen on the television series Childrens Hospital. Offerman has starred in a number of films including 21 Jump Street and Sin City, while his character Ron Swanson on Parks and Recreation has earned him a Television Critics Association award for individual achievement in comedy.
According to the news source, the Contemporary-style home offers 3,803 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and views of the city. Another notable feature of the home include a swimming pool, all located on a quarter acre of land, which will provide those hiring
movers plenty of privacy in the star-filled neighborhood.
The Times notes the two have already purchased a place in Bel-Air for $4.15 million, so they won't likely be hiring
moving services to unload the home listed for sale.
