June 24, 2011 - British import Leona Lewis is no stranger to
long distance moving. The singer and X-Factor winner took the London to LAX direct and purchased a home in Los Angeles in 2009, just as her meteoric rise to fame was gaining steam.
While it may have looked to some like Leona’a days of
cross country moving were done, the Grammy-nominee is now packing the
moving boxes again and selling her California property, according to the Real Estalker.
Lewis bought the Hollywood Hills home for $1.85 million and has apparently made some upgrades to the kitchen since moving in. The renovations were enough to prompt the songstress to try to make a profit in the cash-strapped high-end home market, as she is reportedly flipping the house for $2.5 million, the source reports.
With four-bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, the home is not small by Hollywood standards, but it also does not stand out as one of the larger star-lit offerings. The interior of the house is furnished with hardwood floors and boasts canyon views. A guest house and poolside cabana round out the property’s features, according to Realtor.com.
