May 23, 2012 - Fans of Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio may be excited to hear that they can now rent his home in Malibu. While the mansion has plenty of room for guests, the $75,000 per month price may call for a celebrity to require
movers. While he paid $6 million for estate back in 2002, renters who need to sign for shorter than six months will have to pay nearly double, as rent jumps to $150,000.
DiCaprio is best known for his role in the recently re-released Titanic, while his most recent project, The Great Gatsby, will be in theaters later this year. He is also reported to be filming for Quentin Tarantino's next movie Django Unchained.
The estate is located in the affluent Malibu Colony and offers a total of 2,633 square feet of living space. The oceanfront property has undergone a number of renovations including the addition of two separate structures. One serves as a two-bedroom guest house and the second is a loft that includes a media room, office and gym while the main house has four bedrooms.
Other notable features that should have renters calling for
movers include a beach-front deck and a firepit.
