February 22, 2012 - Following the recent property listing from the celebrity split between Katy Perry and Russell Brand, real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that the former Los Angeles home of actress Patricia Arquette and now ex-husband actor Thomas Jane recently sold for $2.775 million. The couple began packing and originally listed the home back in June 2011 at $3.399 million and reportedly kept the significantly lower transaction under the radar to keep from drawing media attention to their divorce.

According to the blog, the home was purchased by television producer Fenton Bailey who is well-known for series including Million Dollar Listing, RuPaul's Drag Race and other reality shows starring Tori Spelling. Arquette is an Emmy-winning actress and is one of four siblings in show business.

The Mediterranean-style home reportedly offers 6,082 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Other notable features of the home include built-in bookcases, stained glass windows, multiple fireplaces as well as hardwood flooring. The Real Estalker reports that cool and modern light fixtures are sprinkled throughout the home, showcasing the couple's funky style.

It has not been reported how the recently divorced pair will be splitting the proceeds, but the real estate blog says Bailey will be making a small move from his home in Hollywood that is currently listed for sale at $1.459 million.
