May 21, 2012 - Celebrity real estate site Curbed reports that a home formerly owned by actor Mel Gibson has been listed again. Gibson reportedly sold the home back in April 2010 to an unnamed buyer for less than $24 million, but the property has reappeared with an asking price of $32.995 million.
The estate, better known as Old Mill Farm, was built in 1926 and sits on more than 75 acres of land in Greenwich, Connecticut. The main house offers more than 15,800 square feet of living space including a total of 15 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and seven partial baths.
The home's listing notes there are additional staff houses located on the property as well as a log cabin, perfect for an overnight getaway. Some notable features of the home including a 40-foot cathedral ceiling, a walk-in fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, home theater and oversized windows should prompt potential buyers to call for
movers.
Outdoor amenities including a stream-fed pond, tennis courts, a terraced pool and a greenhouse are also noted in the listing.
