June 14, 2012 - News sources report that Hollywood actor Pierce Brosnan and his wife Keely Shaye Smith have listed their Malibu beach house for lease. The couple paid $7 million for the property back in 2000, but is available for a pricey $250,000 a month. While this may seem expensive, most homes leased in the affluent community can go for upwards of $300,000 each month.
Brosnan has starred in numerous action movies including the famous James Bond films as well as The Ghost Writer and I Don't Know How She Does It. He is reportedly filming his soon-to-be released film Love Punch in France.
The newly-built property offers 13,000 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, while a separate guesthouse offers additional accommodations for friends and family. After
moving boxes into the home, tenants can also enjoy some notable features including its multicultural contemporary design, a music room, private screening room, a library, a sauna, gym and walls of glass showcasing views of the coast.
