May 29, 2012 - Celebrity real estate sites report that Hollywood icon Joan Collins may be calling for movers soon as she recently relisted her home in Manhattan for sale. She originally listed the apartment for sale in 2011 for $2.895 million after leasing it a few times, but it has reappeared with a lower asking price of $2.2 million.

Collins is best known for her roles on television shows, films and stage including Dynasty. The television series won her a Golden Globe award for the best female performance and earned her a number of nominations.

According to the home's listing, there is approximately 2,200 square feet of living space including three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Photos of the home showcase a retro design that could prompt buyers to make some renovations before moving boxes into the apartment. Sources note that the unit next door is also listed on the market for sale, so potential buyers could double the home's square footage by combining the two.

While it has not been reported if she is looking to purchase a new home, the star already owns other properties in Los Angeles, London and France.
