July 13, 2012 - Celebrity news sites report that television star Jensen Ackles may be needing moving services soon, as his property in Brentwood recently appeared on the market for sale. Public records show he purchased the home in 2009 for $2.435 million but is asking for a notably higher price of $3.495 million.

Ackles is best known for his leading role in Supernatural, but has starred in a number of other shows including Days of Our Lives, Smallville, Dawson's Creek and Dark Angel. He has also done a couple of films including horror flick, My Bloody Valentine.

The Mediterranean-style home was built in 1947 and offers 2,636 square feet of living space including three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Other features of the home that should have buyers calling for movers include high ceilings, a separate guest house, a library and security provided by its gated entrance. Outdoor amenities including a swimming pool, spa and a full kitchen are also great to have when entertaining friends and family.

It has not been reported where Ackles will be relocating to, but he may choose to stay in the Los Angeles area for his acting career.
