June 13, 2012 - Fans of television actor Grant Show may be surprised to hear he is selling his Hollywood Hills home. The Los Angeles Times reports he has put it on the market with a $1.825 million asking price, considerably higher than the $560,000 he paid for the property in 1997.
Grant is best known for his role as Jake Hanson on Melrose Place, but has went on to star in numerous hit series including Private Practice, Burn Notice and Six Feet Under. His most recent project is the new television drama, Devious Maids.
According to the news source, the Spanish-style home sits on a quarter-acre of land and was built in 1927. It reportedly underwent a number of renovations and repairs after being purchased by Show, including a completely new kitchen on the first floor of the home.
The estate still offers 3,483 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Some notable features that should have the new buyers hiring
moving services include multiple balconies, 20-foot tall ceilings, solar-generated electricity and views of the city.
