CW stars taking over New York condominium complex

February 8, 2012 - While New York has always been a popular place for celebrity sightings, real estate site Curbed reports that The Edge in Williamsburg has become home to quite a few television stars, as another actor has recently begun moving boxes into the Brooklyn building.

According to the site, Ed Westwick of hit television series Gossip Girl moved into the condominium last year and has recently been joined by fellow CW network star James Lafferty of One Tree Hill.

Sources say Lafferty purchased a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that offers a total of 1,057 square feet of living space. He reportedly paid $814,600 and is expected to be making the cross country move from Beverly Hills in the near future. Some of the building's most celebrated amenities include a pool, two fitness centers, a virtual golf center and a game room, according to The Observer.

While it has not been reported if Lafferty has selected a specific moving day, he will likely enjoy living in the star-studded, luxury building.
