August 6, 2012 - Celebrity real estate sites are buzzing that Mark Pincus has purchased a new home in San Francisco. While he was making some big real estate moves earlier this year, including selling two other homes in the San Francisco area, he will be moving into his new home after paying $16 million, slightly less than its original asking price of $16.5 million.
Pincus will be
moving boxes into his new Dutch Colonial-style home with his wife Ali Pincus. She is the founder of interior decor company One Kings Lane which has played a major part in the style of each of their California homes. Pincus founded the social media game company, which is known for creating games including FarmVille, Mafia Wars and Words with Friends.
Located atop Pacific Heights' affluent Billionaire's Row, his new home offers 11,500 square feet of living space including seven bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. Some notable features of the home include oceanfront views, multiple fireplaces and skylighted rooms throughout.
