July 10, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports that television writer and producer Elizabeth Devine may be needing
movers, as has listed her home located in the the affluent town of La Canada Flintridge for sale. While public records show she purchased the home in 2006 for $2.647 million, it has appeared on the market with a lower asking price of $2.3 million.
Devine is credited with writing and producing CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI Miami for over ten years. She was also nominated for an Emmy award for outstanding drama series in 2000.
The European-influenced home was built in 1935 and sits on two-thirds of an acre of land. Outdoor amenities include a separate guest house, a swimming pool and a rose garden. According to the Times, inside there is 4,360 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The news source notes that Devine plans to purchase a smaller home in the area, as her children no longer live at home and the additional space is not needed.
