January 25, 2012 - Sources report that actress Jennifer Aniston recently purchased a home in Bel Air. The mansion was originally listed at $29 million back in 2008 but the price tag was later cut to $24 million. Aniston reportedly paid even less, just $21 million.
In recent years, Aniston has been very active on the real estate market, buying and selling in both California and New York. She listed and sold her highly-photographed Ohana estate in Beverly Hills and then purchased another home in the same area to share with her boyfriend, actor Justin Theroux.
The home in Bel Air has 8,500 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home was designed by famous architect A. Quincy Jones and sits on three acres of land complete with a wine vineyard. Other features of the home include a pool, guesthouse, a wine cellar, hardwood floors, fireplaces and full-wall windows with a view of the city and the ocean.
It has yet to be reported if the actress will be buying new furniture for the mansion of if she will be pulling some out of storage from her many other moves.
