July 2, 2012 - Fans of funny films, such as I Love You, Man, may be surprised to hear that television and film writer Larry Levin will be
moving boxes into a smaller home in the affluent neighborhood of Windsor Square. The celebrity real estate blog, The Real Estalker, reports that he and his wife, stylist Sasha Emerson, are downsizing after paying around $1.595 million.
Levin is credited with family films including the Doctor Dolittle and Dr. Dolittle 2, but has also written for a number of hit television shows including Seinfeld and It's Garry Shandling's Show.
This won't be the couple's first home in the Los Angeles area, as the blog notes they recently sold a home in April for just over $3.5 million, nearly double what they paid for the property back in 1994. Their new two-story home was built in 1922 but has undergone major renovations and offers 2,641 square feet including three bedrooms and three bathrooms. While the home is slightly smaller, it does have a large backyard and both city and canyon views.
