October 3, 2012 - Actress Jane Fonda may be calling for
moving services soon, as the home she shared with music producer Richard Perry has been sold. Buyers will be
moving boxes in after paying $8.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times, slightly lower than the asking price it was listed with earlier this year.
Records show the property was originally built for Ronald Reagan back in 1942, while many features of the home were designed for his Hollywood taste. Some notable features of the house include a Balinese-style pool house and a swimming pool, but the buyers may be moving in for the home's history. The main house sits on a three-quarter-acre of land, offering five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The pair may not be looking to purchase another home, as they recently purchased a home in the private community known as Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills. It has not been reported if they have already been moving boxes there or if they will hire moving services to do so now that their former home has sold.
