June 27, 2012 - Celebrity news sites report that television personality Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill may be calling for moving services, as the couple is moving out of their rental home in Los Angeles. The home is located in the affluent neighborhood of Brentwood, and has appeared on the market with a $2.4 million asking price.

The Hollywood pair are reportedly not strangers to the real estate market, as they have purchased a number of homes across the country including a mansion in Chicago which was later sold for nearly three times what they paid.

Their formal rental was host to their recent baby shower and has plenty of outdoor living space in addition to the 2,272 square feet of living space including three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Some notable features of the home include a swimming pool, hillside views and a quaint garden out front.

Sources speculate they are trading in their Cape Cod style home for something more family-friendly. While it has not been reported if they have purchased a property, they will likely stay in the area, where Giuliana films for E News and Fashion Police.
