June 20, 2012 - Celebrity real estate sites report that actress Ashley Judd and her racecar-driving husband Dario Franchitti may be calling for moving services as they recently listed their home in Stirlingshire, Scotland for sale. The pair purchased the estate for $1.8 million and put an additional $2.3 million into the home in renovations, but have listed it for around $5.9 million.

Judd is a well-known actress starring in many thrillers including High Crimes, Double Jeopardy and Heat. She was also on the television series Missing and has been nominated for two Golden Globes and many other awards. Franchitti competes in Indycar races and won the Indianapolis 500 in 2007, 2010 and 2012.

While no one has reported the home's square footage, the oversized property has four floors with more than 20 rooms including eight bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and four half-baths. The home also has numerous celeb-status features including stone pillars, more than 20 fireplaces, four reception halls, and a top-of-the-line security system.

Other notable amenities include a wine cellar, a gourmet kitchen, and an at-home gym. While is has not been reported why they are moving boxes out of their Scottish retreat, the two also have a large home in Franklin, Tennessee.
