Description: We understand it is difficult when choosing a moving company to move your belongings. Local or long distance moving companies; they “all” look the same. From the computer generated emails, to the fast talking salesman on the phone, to the slick in-home estimate salesman who present the clean cut movers advertised on their websites & brochures that look like they came from the cover of GQ magazine. It seems that all moving companies portray happy families and puppy dogs in their advertisements… and then when the movers finally show up, what happened to the GQ guys? Where did they go??? When something goes wrong where did everyone go that was there before the move??? Who’s the owner of the company??? I need to talk to someone that can help me??? These are the questions everyone will face when something bad goes wrong.
When choosing a mover the Internet is a viable resource of information. We encourage everyone to do a web search on every moving company they choose to get an estimate from. Go to “GOOGLE” and type in the companies’ “name”. Next add “CONSUMER COMPLAINTS” behind their name, example, “NAME CONSUMER COMPLAINTS”. Hit search and read about other people’s experience with that company. This will help narrow the decision of who you will feel comfortable with handling you valued items.
You will find in all estimates that no one moving company is the same price as another. Sometimes Major League Moving is lower, in the middle or higher than estimates from other companies. However the one thing that is unmatched and always on time is our dependability. If you find we are higher in our bid than another company, please keep this in mind. Paying a little more is worth the peace of mind when it comes to a stranger moving your home. Knowing who has possession of you values and being able to communicate with the owner directly on the move is what makes happy families and puppy dogs.
