New Haven is the second largest city in Connecticut. New Haven is a major port city focused around manufacturing and shipping. Many of the educational centers in the area, most notably Yale University, employ many of New Haven’s citizens.  

During the mid 1990s, New Haven’s downtown area has been largely revitalized. The abundant resources that Yale University brings, paired with the rich culture that the city offers makes New Haven a great area to live in.
